You may choose to come for a few sessions or stay much longer. Appointments are most often weekly and last 1 hour.

This does involve a financial commitment and the fee per session is £40 for individuals or £60 for couples.

I offer a £15 initial consultation for individuals or £20 for couples, which gives us the chance to meet each other and for you to decide whether you believe you will benefit from counselling.

Our relationship is therapeutic and limited to pre-arranged therapy sessions.

You are encouraged to disclose any other current therapeutic or helping relationships you are engaged in and any medication you may be using to treat emotional or psychological states.

To maximise our therapeutic relationship, you are encouraged to share your perception of the effectiveness of our sessions.

Appointments cancelled without 24 hours notice may be charged.
